Brett enjoys long walks along the beach, and listening to the rain on the roof during thunderstorms.
Brett started playing games with Dungeons and Dragons as a young boy. From there it was an easy step to Games Workshop's clutches. Living in England with easy access to GW as a teenager, he dabbled in 40k, Epic, Blood Bowl, Space Hulk and anything else that GW was offering.
Uni days CCGs were the flavour, with Brett playing Magic The Gathering, and then both the Warhammer 40k CCG as well as WarCry (the original Warhammer Fantasy CCG). With tournament success he became the Australian head of the Sabertooth Scouts (40k and WarCry CCG tournament organisers), as well as trying his hand at a lot of other CCGs (WWE Raw Deal, Rage, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Simpsons etc etc).
Currently, Brett is running the Thoughtless Sevens Blood Bowl League out of the Seaview Club on Tuesday nights. And is desperate for someone to show him how to play Star Wars Shatterpoint.
Jas fell in love with wargaming all over again after a night of beer in a crowded hotel room at a Warhammer tournament. Founding member of The Wargaming A Team, Warhammer fantasy enthusiast, balls deep in Malifaux, ex-host of the Unfauxcast podcast, and determined to one-day paint something he is actually happy with.
